A nice start to the weekend for the Cyc'd lads with a flat and pretty fast 70k ride down the bayside and back to Spoon for coffee and muffins by 7.30am. Avg speed in excess of 30kmh which was a good sign we were working pretty hard.
The main subject of discussion over coffee was tomorrow's ride up to Mt Glorious via Samford. Opinions on just how steep and how long the climb differed among the group but what we all agreed on was that it was going to be bloody hard work.
Looks like a nervous sleep tonight as the boys ponder what lies ahead. Should make for an interesting post tomorrow!!
